Getting Your Order Ready
We move fast - but not reckless. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is on its way, you’ll get a shipping confirmation with tracking so you can follow it every step of the journey.
Heads up: during launches, drops, busy seasons, or sales things might take a little longer - but we’ll always do our best to get it out quickly.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on where you are and how fast you want it.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Once it leaves our hands, it’s up to the carrier (and sometimes the weather, life, etc.).
Where We Ship
For now, we ship within the United States only.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number.
Give it up to 24 hours to update - shipping systems aren’t always as quick as we are.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your package is with the carrier, it’s officially out of our hands.
If something goes wrong:
- Check around your delivery location (neighbors, front desk etc.)
- Reach out to the carrier directly to file a claim
If you need help figuring that out, we’ve got you - just reach out.
Double Check Your Address
Make sure your shipping info is correct before placing your order.
If an address is entered incorrectly, we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to fix it once the order is processed.

Damaged Items
If something arrives damaged (not the vibe), email us within 5 days of delivery at info@silkyylife.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right.
