silkyy is a brand owned and operated by Silkyy Life LLC. Throughout this page, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Silkyy Life LLC.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible:

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging
You’ll need your order confirmation or proof of purchase

To start a return, email us at info@silkyylife.com.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to send it back.
Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages & Issues

Please check your order when it arrives.

If something shows up damaged, defective, or incorrect (not the vibe), contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@silkyylife.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

Sale items
Gift cards

Exchanges

The easiest way to exchange something is to return the original item and place a new order.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

Items must still meet the same return conditions (unworn, unused, tags attached, original packaging).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
(Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process it.)
